Rain Water Harvesting
At out factory premises the overhead roof rain water is collected through channel of pipes and is filtered with a three step Filtration Process 1- Sediment flirtation, 2- Resin Chemical Filter, 3- Activated Carbon Filtration is reverse bored charging the natural underground water system.

Energy Conservation
Almost all our electric motors have now been converted or fitted with Variable Frequency Drives conserving electrical energy consumption to almost half.

Solar Energy
Our Outdoor Factory Premises pathways are lit up by the help of Solar Powered LED’s. We are in the process of Installing a 100KWA Photovoltaic Panels for our energy generation that would help us providing 60% of our energy needs through clean renewable & sustainable sources.

Packaging
Packaging Materials are a major contributor to the waste & landfills.
We understand that the product needs to be packed in a specific way to ensure safety during transport and endues. But it also has to be though in light of our responsibility towards sustainability.
Therefore, at AKOPIN we have replaced more than 80% of our packaging to 100% Recycled Paper & Materials.
